For Phase 2, easements are needed to install drainage pipes connecting the detention basin to the nearby tributary, unit number A135-01-00. Construction on phase 2 will commence once the legal process for easement settlements has concluded.
Phase 1, shown in purple on the map, has been completed . Phase 2, shown in orange, will begin after Phase 1 and the necessary acquisition of right-of-way and easements are complete.

When submitting your completed pool pass registration, we kindly ask that you scan, mail, or fax the form to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to process photos of the form that have been emailed. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, as it helps us ensure a smooth registration process for everyone.
For the opening day of the pool, please refer to the community website at www.MorningsidePlace1HOA.com, as the date is not currently set. We will keep you updated as soon as more information becomes available.
