For Phase 2, easements are needed to install drainage pipes connecting the detention basin to the nearby tributary, unit number A135-01-00. Construction on phase 2 will commence once the legal process for easement settlements has concluded.
Phase 1, shown in purple on the map, has been completed . Phase 2, shown in orange, will begin after Phase 1 and the necessary acquisition of right-of-way and easements are complete.

2026 Pool Season
Welcome to the 2026 pool season. If your account is in good standing (paid in full) you can obtain your pool tag by completing a registration form. We have mailed all owners a registration form or you may download the form.
Your pool tag will be mailed to you once your Association account has been verified. One pool tag will grant access to the pool for all your family members of Morningside Place Section 1 HOA as well as ONE guest. Please be courteous of others while using the facilities. Please observe all posted rules for your safety and enjoyment. LIFEGUARDS HAVE THE ULTIMATE AUTHORITY!

No Interruption in Water Service - New Operator Begins October 3, 2025
The Board of Directors of Harris County WCID 89 has engaged Municipal Operations & Consulting (MOC) as the District's new operator, effective October 3, 2025. MOC will provide day-to-day operations, billing, customer service, and emergency response for the District's water and wastewater systems. Residents can expect continued safe, reliable water service with enhanced responsiveness to service requests, water quality, and other customer concerns.
